Subject to availability of the server. If your VPS has 4GB RAM, then you can add a maximum 4GB RAM to your VPS, so do cores/Hard drive.
Please note that we only offer 10mbps Direct bandwidth to China on our Hong Kong VPS. For Japan it's 1Gbps Best-Effort.
